Complete the form with as much information as you have. We will use your name when approaching the employer so the outreach begins with a genuine connection.

PROGRAM TERMS

Important details.

  • The referred employer must be new to Kilnstone and not an existing client, active prospect or previously submitted referral.
  • One reward is available per referred organization. The first eligible referral received determines attribution.
  • A reward is earned only after the referred employer signs Kilnstone's agreement, hires a Kilnstone candidate, pays the placement invoice in full and completes the applicable guarantee period.
  • Current-client rewards are provided as a placement-fee credit up to $5,000, have no cash value and expire 12 months after issuance.
  • Non-client referral rewards are $1,000 and are subject to applicable tax requirements. Referrers are responsible for complying with their employer's policies.
  • Self-referrals and referrals submitted without accurate contact information are not eligible.

Kilnstone may update or end the program at any time. Eligibility and reward approval are determined by Kilnstone Talent Solutions.
