Senior Electrical Engineer
Senior electrical design role requiring an active PE, hands-on electrical Revit depth and water/wastewater or comparable process-facility experience.
About the opportunity
This onsite role supports electrical design for water/wastewater treatment, municipal water infrastructure and closely comparable industrial-process facilities.
The position requires genuine hands-on electrical design ownership in Revit, along with power-distribution design, power studies and field problem-solving experience.
Relocation: Full relocation assistance may be available for an exceptional, highly qualified candidate.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field from an ABET-accredited program.
- Registered Professional Engineer (PE).
- 6+ years of direct electrical design experience; 15+ years is the ideal senior-level profile.
- Direct water/wastewater treatment, municipal water infrastructure or highly comparable industrial-process facility design experience.
- Hands-on electrical Revit experience; candidate must have produced or overseen real electrical designs in Revit, not merely reviewed models.
- Experience with low- and medium-voltage distribution, standby generation, motor starting, lighting, grounding/lightning protection, one-lines, plans, details and specifications.
- Power-study experience covering short circuit, overcurrent coordination and arc flash, plus proven field problem-resolution experience.
