CNC Lathe Setup Machinist – Weekend Shift

Kilnstone is recruiting CNC lathe setup machinists for an onsite manufacturing opportunity in Fenton, Missouri. This search prioritizes independent setup capability, not operator-only experience.

Required Qualifications

Hands-on CNC lathe setup experience, with the ability to complete setups independently rather than only operate a machine.
Ability to troubleshoot machining issues and make machine adjustments without relying on another person to perform the setup.
Availability for the stated onsite shift in Fenton, Missouri.

Preferred Experience

Experience setting up multiple types of CNC lathes.
Okuma, Ganesh, Haas, or comparable CNC lathe experience.

Compensation

Pay is up to $40 per hour, depending on demonstrated CNC lathe setup experience. Include your target hourly rate for review; a final offer is based on the employer’s assessment of your skills.
