BIM (Revit) Project Leader
Senior BIM/Revit leadership role combining hands-on model expertise with team review, workload coordination and design standards.
About the opportunity
This onsite role supports multidisciplinary water and wastewater treatment-facility design. The successful candidate will bring deep hands-on Revit expertise plus experience leading and reviewing BIM designers/technicians.
This is a design/modeling leadership role. VDC-only coordination, clash detection or construction sequencing without genuine engineering/design modeling ownership is not sufficient.
Relocation: Full relocation assistance may be available for an exceptional, highly qualified candidate.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of CAD/design experience with an architectural or engineering design team.
- Extensive hands-on Revit expertise, including ownership of complex 3D models and construction-document production.
- Direct water/wastewater treatment or closely comparable multidisciplinary process-facility design experience.
- Experience leading and reviewing BIM designers/technicians, distributing workload, mentoring staff and enforcing CAD/BIM standards.
- Strong coordination across civil, process, structural, mechanical, electrical, I&C/controls, HVAC, piping and architectural disciplines.
- High school diploma or equivalent, plus strong communication, training and issue-resolution skills.
