BIM/Revit Designer
Hands-on BIM/Revit design role supporting multidisciplinary water and wastewater treatment-facility projects.
About the opportunity
This onsite role supports highly technical, multidisciplinary design work for water and wastewater treatment facilities and related municipal infrastructure. The work involves real engineering/design modeling ownership—not VDC-only coordination.
Candidates should be able to produce plans, sections, details and construction drawings while coordinating across process mechanical, structural, electrical, instrumentation/controls, HVAC and architectural systems as applicable.

Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of CAD/design experience with an architectural or engineering design team.
- 3+ years of hands-on Revit/BIM experience producing plans, sections, details and construction drawings.
- Direct water/wastewater treatment, municipal water infrastructure or closely comparable treatment-facility design experience.
- Multidiscipline modeling exposure involving piping/process mechanical, structural, electrical, I&C/controls, HVAC or architectural systems.
- Ability to model real facility elements such as walls, slabs, piping, valves, fittings, pumps, HVAC and ductwork as relevant to assigned work.
